Technician - Plumber/Water treatment

POSITION SUMMARY

The Grey Water & RO Plant Technician is responsible for the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of the property’s grey water treatment and Reverse Osmosis (RO) water treatment systems. The role ensures continuous supply of treated water that meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards for guest use, back-of-house operations, and water reuse applications, while supporting the property’s sustainability and water conservation goals. Perform minor routine maintenance on property vehicles (., engineering trucks, shuttle vans, electric carts) including checking oil, fluid levels, tire pressure/wear, charging batteries, and replacing spark plugs. Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication. Maintain proper maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed.
