Basic Function

Technician responsibilities include running trials on various AGY processes with emphasis on binder/ sizing operations. The Technician is a self-driven, problem solver able to work without direct supervision. The Technician collects and analyzes data and present the results on appropriate medium (Email, spreadsheets, written reports, etc). The Technician possesses process and product expertise as well as communication skills that allow them to contribute as an active member of the Product Innovation Team.

Nature and Scope

The Technician possess the technical knowledge of AGY’s product and process and understands the impact that product or process changes may have on customers.
