What you will enjoy doing

  • Execution of Production plan (blow molding) and to achieve targeted OEE and NEE.

  • Coordinate with maintenance Department with Machine production plan to facilitate Preventive Maintenance Schedule.

  • Ensure implementation of GMP and reduction in machine down time.

  • Targeted wastage reduction.

  • Cost saving proposals and implementation of the same.

  • Effective process control and analysis to achieve Process Stability

  • Effective production balancing, reduction of regrind material generation, & effective utilization of regrinding material, if generated.

  • Ensure cleanliness of machinery and 5S on production shop floor.

  • Issuance and reconciliation of Material (RM,MB, Packing Material) as per Job Order.

  • Daily monitoring and clearance of Hold Material and reduction of hold percentage on monthly basis.

  • Maintain KPI of respective Technology

    • What makes you great

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in plastic blow molding or any related manufacturing industries

  • Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the manufacturing and distribution efficiency

  • Ability to handle a large and tight volume with a dynamic planning schedule

  • Knowledge of 5S, Operational Excellence and Health & Safety are an advantage
