Technician - Production [ISBM & IM]

JOB CONTENT Responsible to perform pre-preparation task for mould changing and set up mould for all process equipment as per the product specification while ensuring the process setting is done with minimum job setup. FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Perform pre preparation task for mould changing in order to ensure minimum mould changing time. Load the mould efficiently as per the standing operating procedures (SOP) given and set the machine and the process as per the product specification. Contribute in achieving production target through effective process control. Observe active machines to identify abnormalities in machine operation and take corrective action if required. Carry out cleaning/ maintenance of change parts and mould accessories after production run and ensure proper storage with identification.
