ELIGIBILITY
✔️ 5+ years Automotive OEM/FMCG Plant experience
✔️ Diploma / Associate Degree / Bachelor’s (Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics / Chemistry – role dependent)
✔️ Strong safety mindset and willingness to work shifts (for technician roles)
