Technician Quality

Carry out daily internal test proximate analysis (moisture, ash, fat, FFA), operate NIR machine accordingly.

Handling of PCR lab with Executive, Quality supervision. To monitor incoming raw materials & new samples that required crustacean disease test.

Reporting daily lab test result to superior (finished goods and raw material & all the test reports internal/ external lab test). Update all the test reports (internal/external lab test) in excel file.

Responsible for monitoring siever, Air-jet siever machine result and cross-check with team to gain accurate data and get trend analysis.

Preparing Certificate of Analysis (COA) based on orders, customers’ request/ their countries’ regulation.

Assist Executive, Quality in managing label folder (latest update). Update label file for Controller, Quality reference.

Responsible for all artemia progress.

Updating all of R&D & competitors’ feed information and upkeep of lab storage room.
