Job Summary

To complete all maintenance works in a timely manner and meet the established quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all electrical systems installed in the buildings, parks, recreational facilities, etc are in good operating conditions at all times.
• Carry out the maintenance works as scheduled and complete the works on time and quality and meeting the established maintenance standards.
• Assist the management through regular inspections of the facilities located in the township and report on their conditions.
• Undertake other duties as directed by the Head of Department.
