Job Description
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in commercial refrigeration, preferably in the F&B industry.
Knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and refrigeration circuits.
Familiarity with refrigerants, cooling liquids, and environmental regulations.
Main Responsibilities:
The Refrigeration Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing refrigeration systems and equipment in food and beverage outlets, warehouses, and production facilities.
The role ensures all cooling and freezing equipment operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and servicing refrigeration systems.
Diagnose faults, troubleshoot problems, and repair compressors, condensers, evaporators, and other components.
Ensure optimal temperature and performance of refrigeration equipment.
Follow safety protocols, including handling of refrigerants (e.g., R134a, R404a, ...
