Technician Reliability (Fixed Term Contract - 12 months)

Overview

Responsible for reliability testing support with loading and unloading of integrated circuit devices onto biased boards and chambers activities.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for reliability testing support with loading and unloading of integrated circuit devices onto biased boards and chambers activities
• Ensure to meet cycle time and zero quality issue
• Ability to differentiate package types and load boards/tools to use for stress execution
• Bench testing and debugging of reliability test circuits/boards verification
• Operation of measurement equipment such as curve tracer, oscilloscope and multimeters for supporting in-house calibration activities
• Know-how in reliability stress testing (Environmental, Electrical/ Functional stress testing)
• Reliability engineering support responsibilities may be assigned on an as-needed basis

Qualifications and Skills

• A Certification or Diploma in Electronics or equivalent vocational certification
• Minimum 1 – 3 years of working experience in semiconductor industry (Reliability lab experience preferred)
• Fresh college graduates are encouraged to apply
• Good communication (written and verbal) and working experience with MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook and similar desktop computing applications
