What you will enjoy doing

  • Production and maintenance of Secondary operation/Decoration of EBM and IM machines final product. Handling bottles and caps labelling, wad insertion of Cap, Flip closing caps, Printing of bottles and caps, shrink sleeving etc.

  • Optimization of production efficiencies in terms Quality and right quantity.

  • Knowledge of decoration Machines, Assembly, and SPM, Robotic, pick and place.

  • Knowledge on Technoshell Labelling, MAK printing, Maharshi labelling and wadding machines is added advantage.

  • Manufacturing Process Knowledge & Material Knowledge, machine functional knowledge and Calculation.

  • Knowledge of jigs & Fixtures and Measuring and Improving Productivity.

  • Should work as a Team.

  • Having Automation industry knowledge, Automation Line is an added advantage.

  • Knowledge for Vision Inspection System Application.

  • Knowledge for HMI,PLC and Ladder Logic Programming will be advantage.

  • Any Diploma/Degree (Mechatronics/Mechanical/Electrical)

  • 2-6 years of relevant experience

  • Ability to work with team and work well with other departments.
