Job Responsibilities:
• Set up production areas with necessary tools and equipment for efficient workflow.
• Use precision tools like torque wrenches and micrometers to uphold safety and quality.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to boost safety and efficiency.
• Drill precision holes and install structural fasteners.
• Keep work areas clean and organized, adhering to 5S principles.
• Assist in preparing and testing payload systems and hardware, including painting, sealing, and repairs.
