Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Structures Technician to join our team in supporting high-rate aerospace manufacturing. This role involves configuring production work areas, operating material handling equipment, and performing precision assembly tasks to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure new production work areas with necessary tooling and equipment to optimize workflow.
  • Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, cranes) and precision-calibrated tools (torque wrenches, micrometers).
  • Perform drilling of precision holes to tight tolerances and install structural fasteners.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S principles.
