Technicians (Server)

Basic Salary Range: $2,000 – $3,000
Allowances: Transport + Others + Shift
Work Schedule:

• Choose Day Shift (7am – 7pm) OR Night Shift (7pm – 7am)
• 4 days work, 3 days off; 3 days work, 4 days off

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily production on technical and hardware-related tasks
• Perform hardware debugging and replace components (CPU, DIMM, PSU, fans, backplane, etc.)
• Troubleshoot server issues such as no power, no display, fan faults, POST errors, and component failures
• Understand PSU protection mechanisms and power-on failure modes
• Use basic Linux commands and tools like SSH, PuTTY, and MobaXterm
• Run simple scripts or tests for system validation
• Assist in improving cycle time and production capacity
• Support L10 server and L12 rack equipment maintenance
• Help create and update SOPs for assembly processes
