Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Techno-Commercial Card Payment Expert based in Mumbai, with flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. The responsibilities include managing and growing payment solutions, designing and implementing card payment strategies, collaborating with technical teams to ensure the integration and deployment of payment systems, and providing support to clients with product knowledge and technical solutions. The role also involves market analysis for trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge in card payment systems, financial technologies, and related processes
  • Proficiency in business development, client relations, and negotiation techniques
  • Technical understanding of payment gateways, system integrations, and software solutions
  • Experience in analyzing payment market trends and developing strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid office and remote environment
  • Previous experience in the fintech domain is an advantage
