Designation: Techno Commercial Chef.

Grade: Executive/ Sr. Executive

Zone: South Zone

Reporting: RSM


Job Profile:

1) Responsible for creating /designing menu using our range of products on regular interval.

2) Accompanying field sales team to crack high volume customers like- Hotels, Pubs, Lounge's ,

Fine dine Restaurants, Cinema chains, Amusement parks, etc.

3) Will help team drive specialty range.

4) Building capability in regional team by on Job training and kitchen training workshops.

5) help address customer complaints by understanding customers pain points and cascading it to R&D.

6) Help R&D in evaluating NPD's during users trials and filling in the feedback format with inputs to help

successful launches.

7) Regularly meeting and maintaining relationship with top customers & use references to add new customers.

8) Conducting live demo's during Chef/caterer/Key customer meet to create awareness and interact with potential customers.
