As a Techno Commercial Lead – Security, you will blend Technical Expertise with Commercial Acumen to expand Cavitak’s Channel Network, strengthen key partnerships, and enhance the market presence of the Security Business Unit.
What you will be doing :
- Drive sales and business growth for CCTV, Access Control & Integrated Security Solutions.
- Develop and manage Government Sales, Channel Partners, System Integrators, and Key Accounts.
- Provide Techno-Commercial Support — solution design, BOQ, and proposal presentations.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Collaborate internally for pricing, marketing, and post-sales coordination.
- Achieve defined Sales, Revenue, and Profitability Targets.
- Ability to build and maintain strong ties with Architects and Consultants
What we are looking for :
- Qualification: B.E. / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in CCTV, Access Control, or Integrated Security Solutions with a distributor, OEM, or SI.
- Strong technical and commercial acumen in security systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
