<p><b>Job Title: Techno-Functional Consultant (Coupa / NetSuite)</b></p> <p><b>Location:</b><b> 100% Remote (Occasional travel to Colorado)<br /> Duration: 6+ Months (High likelihood of extension / long-term engagement)</b></p> <p><b>Role Overview</b></p> <p>We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Consultant with strong Coupa and NetSuite expertise to support a pre-implementation initiative for an upcoming Coupa deployment. This role will focus on defining business processes, system design, and architecture in preparation for implementation, with continued involvement post go-live.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will be Coupa-heavy with solid NetSuite functional and technical understanding, and deep knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.</p> <p> </p> <p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p> <ul> <li>Lead pre-implementation activities for Coupa, including: <ul style="list-style-type:circle"> <li>Business process definition</li> <li>Solution design and architecture</li> <li>Documentation of current and future-state workflows</li> </ul> </li> <li>Analyze and redesign manual Procure-to-Pay processes (currently email- and paper-based) and recommend automation strategies</li> <li>Act as a techno-functional bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams</li> <li>Support integration planning across Coupa, NetSuite, and UKG (HR system)</li> <li>Provide guidance on accounting, purchasing, and financial controls</li> <li>Participate as a long-term resource post-implementation: <ul style="list-style-type:circle"> <li>Change Control Board involvement</li> <li>Ongoing system support</li> <li>Ticket resolution and operational support</li> </ul> </li> <li>Ensure processes align with SOX compliance requirements, supporting the company's journey toward IPO readiness</li> </ul> <p><b>Required Skills & Experience</b></p> <p><b>Core Systems Expertise</b></p> <ul> <li>Coupa (Procure-to-Pay) strong functional and implementation experience</li> <li>NetSuite techno-functional knowledge across: <ul style="list-style-type:circle"> <li>General Ledger (GL)</li> <li>Accounts Payable (AP)</li> <li>Fixed Assets</li> <li>Procurement</li> <li>Inventory</li> </ul> </li> <li>Experience working with vanilla / newly implemented NetSuite environments</li> <li>Familiarity with UKG (HR/payroll) is a plus</li> </ul> <p><b>Functional Expertise</b></p> <ul> <li>End-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process knowledge</li> <li>Strong understanding of accounting and purchasing operations</li> <li>Experience automating manual, paper-based, or email-driven workflows</li> <li>Exposure to SOX controls and compliance, especially in pre-IPO environments</li> </ul> <p><b>Nice to Have</b></p> <ul> <li>Experience supporting companies in high-growth or pre-IPO stages</li> <li>Previous role as a post-implementation support or change management lead</li> <li>Hands-on experience responding to production issues and support tickets</li> </ul>
