Responsibilities

Functional & Business Architecture



+ Own PTD business flows across:

+ Supply & Demand Planning

+ Manufacturing

+ Inventory

+ Cost Management

+ Translate operational and planning problems into **system-level behavior and data requirements** .

+ Ensure PTD designs align with Oracle SCM best practices while meeting enterprise scale needs.



Technical Engagement & Ownership



+ Work directly with technical teams on:

+ PL/SQL packages

+ Concurrent programs

+ Interface control tables

+ Custom validations and extensions

+ Understand and review:

+ Data flows

+ Batch dependencies

+ Planning collections and refresh cycles

+ Participate in technical design reviews and influence implementation decisions.

+ Troubleshoot PTD issues down to **SQL, data anomalies, and process orchestration logic** .



Integration & Data



+ Define and validate integrations using:

+ FBDI

+ REST APIs

+ OIC flows

+ Analyze upstream/downstream data dependencies affecting planning, manufacturing, and costing.

+ Validate OTBI/BIP logic for PTD analytics and reconciliation.



Operations & Governance



+ Act as the PTD escalation authority during incidents and stability events.

+ Lead root cause analysis spanning **functional configuration, data, and code** .

+ Define testing strategy with focus on **business-critical PTD scenarios** .

+ Provide release impact analysis and technical risk assessments.



**Responsibilities**

Required Skills & Experience



+ 12–15+ years in Oracle SCM with **strong PTD focus**

+ Deep understanding of PTD functional processes **and** their technical execution

+ Hands-on familiarity with:

+ PL/SQL logic (review, debug, validate—not necessarily write full code)

+ Oracle ERP Cloud data model

+ Batch and concurrent processing

+ Strong experience with integrations (FBDI, REST, OIC)

+ Ability to communicate effectively with:

+ Business stakeholders

+ Technical architects

+ Developers

+ Experience in large, complex ERP environments



Nice to Have



+ Telecom or manufacturing industry exposure

+ Experience in ERP performance tuning or stabilization programs

+ Exposure to DevOps / CI-CD for ERP extensions
