Responsibilities Functional & Business Architecture



+ Own GOP business logic covering:

+ ATP / CTP

+ Sourcing rules

+ Service-level commitments

+ Translate customer promise requirements into **configurations, data inputs, and execution logic** .



Technical Engagement & Ownership



+ Work directly with technical teams on:

+ GOP engine behavior analysis

+ PL/SQL and batch execution flows

+ Performance diagnostics

+ Understand how GOP logic is executed across:

+ Planning data

+ Supply and demand entities

+ Scheduling processes

+ Analyze promise failures and inconsistencies at **rule, data, and execution level** .



Integration & Data



+ Govern integrations between GOP, OM, Planning, and external systems.

+ Validate FBDI loads and REST payloads affecting availability and promise logic.

+ Analyze data timing, latency, and sequencing issues impacting GOP outcomes.



Operations & Governance



+ Act as GOP escalation authority during critical promise failures.

+ Lead root cause analysis across configuration, data, and technical execution.

+ Define governance standards for GOP changes and testing.

+ Communicate complex GOP behavior clearly to business and executive stakeholders.



**Responsibilities**

Required Skills & Experience



+ 12–15+ years of Oracle SCM experience with **deep GOP focus**

+ Strong understanding of GOP functional concepts **and technical execution**

+ Ability to reason through:

+ Availability calculations

+ Data dependencies

+ PL/SQL and batch behavior

+ Experience with integrations (FBDI, REST, OIC)

+ Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities



Nice to Have



+ Telecom, retail, or high-velocity order environments

+ Experience with promise accuracy SLAs

+ Exposure to performance tuning and diagnostics
