Roles & Responsibilities

  • Understand and gather basic business requirements
  • Assist in configuring and setting up Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Business Central
  • Support functional testing and data validation
  • Prepare functional documents and user guides
  • Writing technical code and merging with functional for issue resolution
  • Provide support during implementation and post-go-live
  • Assist in user training and system support activities
  • Working on Reports and other system functionality analysis
  • Debugging the errors to ensure smooth and optimized system functioning

Requirements

  • Knowledge of basic business processes (Finance, Sales, Operations, or HR)
  • Good communication and documentation skills
  • Basic working knowledge of MS Excel
  • Willingness to learn technical and functional aspects
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
