Roles & Responsibilities
- Understand and gather basic business requirements
- Assist in configuring and setting up Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Business Central
- Support functional testing and data validation
- Prepare functional documents and user guides
- Writing technical code and merging with functional for issue resolution
- Provide support during implementation and post-go-live
- Assist in user training and system support activities
- Working on Reports and other system functionality analysis
- Debugging the errors to ensure smooth and optimized system functioning
- Knowledge of basic business processes (Finance, Sales, Operations, or HR)
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Basic working knowledge of MS Excel
- Willingness to learn technical and functional aspects
- Team player with a positive attitude.
