We are currently recruiting for aTechno Functional Specialist - Oracle HCM tojoin our ICT team in our Headquarters, located in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Freezone.

Scope

The role of Techno-Functional Consultant specializing in Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) modules is responsible for providing expert guidance and support in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Fusion HCM application, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the business.

  • Support, stabilize and enhance the newly implemented Oracle Fusion HCM Fusion application.
  • Ensures the stability of Oracle Fusion and EBS environments, while overseeing that integrations effectively support the Co-existence model.
  • Ensure that the Oracle HCM application is up to date with the latest quarterly updates and that features are enabled to add value to the HR business.
