We are currently recruiting for a Techno-Functional Specialist – Salesforce to join our ICT team in our HQ, located in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Free Zone.

Scope

Techno Functional Specialist-Salesforce will be responsible for bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions within the Salesforce platform. Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, configure the Salesforce environment, and provide ongoing support to ensure the successful deployment and optimization of Salesforce applications across Sales and Service Cloud.
