Technologist

CK Group are recruiting for a Technologist, to join a Flooring Materials manufacturing company, at their site based in Coventry.

The salary for this role ranges from £28,000 - £37,000pa, dependent on experience and ability.

The Technologist will take part in key R&D projects, working in the R&D Team. The working hours are Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 5.15pm (37.5 hours per week).

Location:

The Technologist will be based at the company's site in Coventry, easily commutable from Birmingham.

Technologist Role:

Your main duties will be:

  • Develop technically innovative new products
  • Evaluate and introduce alternative raw materials at laboratory and trial scale
  • Provide effective technical support to Manufacturing
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve the product/process and reduce cost
