Technology Analyst

Responsibilities 4-8 years of PEGA experience.•Must be Pega8.x Application Design and Development with CSSA Certification by PEGA•Working experience on Application Architecture, Design and should be able to convert business requirements into design.•Good knowledge Case Management and formulating design of class Structure.•Good knowledge on PRPC integration capabilities and able to use integration wizards.•Working experience on rules management and associated tools such as export & import tools, skimming and bulk processing tools.•Good understanding of PRPC flows, interpretation of flow shapes, SLA’s, tickets, activities and OOTB methods.•Good Knowledge on UI rules, Harness, Sections, Portals, Local Actions, Flow actions, Validation, Correspondence Rules, Agents and File Listeners.•Working knowledge on Reports (List and Summary).•Knowledge on AccessGroup, ClassGroup, Access Roles, Privileges.•Strong Working Knowledge in Data Modelling.•Strong analytical and problem solving skills •Excellent written and verbal communication skills•Knowledge on Insurance domain will be an added an advantage Educational Requirements Graduate
