AI Engineer Generative AI (LangChain / LangGraph)
Location: St. Louis, MO or Charlotte, NC
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite)

We re hiring AI Engineers to build and scale production GenAI agents supporting high visibility, business critical use cases.
This team has a robust 3 year GenAI roadmap and is actively deploying agents starting Q1. The focus is on real execution, not demos or PoCs.
What You ll Do
- Build and deploy GenAI agents using Python, LangChain, and LangGraph
- Own production implementations end to end
- Apply context management, prompt engineering, evaluations, and chunking strategies
- Troubleshoot and support live GenAI systems
