Summary: As a Technology Architect, you will design and deliver technology architecture for a platform, product, or engagement. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to define solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs. You will engage in discussions to ensure that the architecture aligns with business objectives and technical requirements, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the development process. Your role will require you to stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions that enhance the overall architecture of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: Own and govern complex enterprise-wide process transformation and process excellence strategy across all clients and industries. Provide final design authority over all current-state and future-state enterprise process architectures and TOMs. Ensure standardization, scalability, controls, and operating discipline are embedded across all process architectures. Validate that digital, AI, agentic, and automation enablers are consistently embedded at design level, not positioned as standalone technology solutions. Lead enterprise-scale transformation roadmaps and business cases for strategic clients. Act as the executive escalation authority for design, scope, and transformation direction on complex engagements. Professional & Technical Skills: Strong expertise in building process-led business cases, value realization frameworks, and KPI-driven transformation programs. Proven capability to lead Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, solution positioning, and large deal shaping for consulting-led process transformation offerings. Deep experience in building, scaling, and institutionalizing consulting intellectual property, including playbooks, frameworks, and accelerators. Strong governance skills to oversee large transformation portfolios, ensure design quality, and enforce architectural standards. Additional Information: 14–16+ years in management consulting, large-scale process transformation, and operating model design - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
