Role Description
At r Process, we believe automation should simplify work, scale operations, and create real impact. We’re looking for a Technology & Automation Lead who can design smart automation solutions and lead a small technical team to drive efficiency across business workflows.
What you'll Do:
Lead the design and deployment of scalable automation solutions
Build and maintain Python-based applications in Windows environments
Develop workflow-driven web applications (Python / Java)
Implement REST, Graph QL - API & Security integrations between applications and services
Mentor junior developers and provide technical direction
Ensure performance, reliability, and scalability of solutions
Work with No SQL databases (Mongo DB, Dynamo DB, etc.)
Translate business needs into practical automation frameworks
What We're Looking for:
Strong hands-on Python expertise
Experience with Windows scripting
Exposure to web application development & REST APIs
Understanding of automation pipelines & basic distributed systems
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and own projects end-to-end
A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-evolving ITES environment
Qualification:
3–4 years of overall experience Strong Python programming skills.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Lead or mentoring role.
Strong proficiency in Python.
Basic Windows scripting experience.
Experience creating and testing Python/Java web applications.
Hands-on experience with REST APIs
Knowledge of databases (preferably No SQL like Mongo DB, Dynamo DB, etc.).
Basic understanding of distributed systems concepts.
Ability to design simple workflows and automation pipelines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and own projects end-to-end.
