We’re looking for an experienced Monitoring Lead to take ownership of our end-to-end monitoring operations across infrastructure, networks, applications, and services. In this hybrid role, you’ll play a pivotal part in ensuring the proactive detection, escalation, and resolution of incidents, safeguarding service health and maintaining alignment with organisational standards. Acting as the central point of accountability, you’ll oversee monitoring processes, tools, and team performance to ensure the reliability and effectiveness of our monitoring ecosystem.
