Your typical day will involve advising and leading teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring that the IT function aligns with organizational goals. You will work on various projects, providing insights and solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness within the technology landscape. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
- Develop and present comprehensive reports and recommendations based on analysis and findings. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.
- Strong understanding of human capital management processes and best practices.
- Experience with system integration and data migration strategies.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform decision-making.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
