• Own and maintain the master contract register for all Technology-related agreements, including system integrators, software vendors across IT Infrastructure and Enterprise Applications.
• Interpret and provide guidance on contract terms, obligations, and risk exposures across the Technology portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and align contract strategies.
• Provide commercial advice to Technology leadership and PMO on proposed scope or delivery changes
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with contracts and supplier agreements.
