Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale technology delivery as primary client contact, assembling onshore/offshore teams of 50+ professionals.
• Provide technical expertise, navigate challenges collaboratively, and drive RFP responses with estimates and schedules.
• Mentor teams with strong leadership focused on accountability, growth, and client executive engagement.

Required Experience

• Minimum 12 years in complex delivery or consulting, with proven track record in system integration, production operations, and multiple methodologies (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, custom dev, cloud).
• Experience leading 50+ member teams on large accounts, contributing to sales/proposals, and superior communication skills.
• Ability to converse in local languages; based in Kuala Lumpur.

Core Technical & Leadership Skills

• Proven experience leading 50+ member onshore/offshore teams in system integration and cloud projects (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, custom development).
• Expertise in multiple delivery methodologies, RFP/proposal management, and navigating complex client challenges collaboratively.
• Senior executive engagement with superior written/verbal communication and sales contribution experience.
