Technology Development Engineer

Responsibilities: 

• Research on novel device development, including performing detailed TCAD process & device simulations.
• Develop, document, and calibrate TCAD simulation deck for various technologies in collaboration with the project team.
• Perform TCAD DOE and provide device tuning deck.
• Design the device test key & layout study, and carry out the appropriate electrical measurement (bench test).
• Performing well-thought-out experiments for device tuning to optimize device performance while ensuring device reliability.

Requirements: 

• Master's in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or other relevant field studies.
• Hands-on experience in TCAD simulation and its calibration methodology.
• Strong device physics knowledge base (BCD, CMOS, DMOS, PDK) and solid device analysis skills.
• Hands-on experience in layout work is advantageous.
