Technology Engineer / Cyber Security / IT Network Infrastructure

JOB OVERVIEW

As a Technology Engineer, you will play a key role in Cyber Defence and Engineering, focusing on the deployment, management and enhancement of security platforms, tools and controls across our clients and internal operations at PointWire. Your responsibilities will include implementing and fine-tuning security tools to protect sensitive data, mitigate threats and safeguard our clients’ assets, systems, networks, and users.

Working as a Technology Engineer you will collaborate with cross-function teams including cybersecurity, IT, engineering, architects, and analysts to integrate and manage security technologies, where you will integrate and manage security technologies ensuring compliance with UK regulations such as GDPR, NCSC Guidelines, industry best practices (ISO27001, CISSP) and contractual security obligations.
