Role Purpose:

STL (Sterlite Technologies Ltd) are continuing to grow rapidly and to support the next stage of our growth in the Datacenter business.

New Product Development and commercialization with Operations team.

Role Responsibilities

• Understand the New Product requirements from customer expectations and lead development trials with proper data sheets, process sheets, raw materials, tooling (if needed, then design the tooling) and machines
• Generating new ideas for product design, modification, and participate in patent filing
• Execute development trials on machines within optimized timeline
• Work with QA/Application team to test the product against set QAP and AAP
• Maintain the records of all documents during the product development phases
• Follow Stage Gate process for product development
• Technical paper preparation and presentation at different symposium

Skills & Experience

Extrusion knowledge and good understanding of tooling design.

Analytical skill (MS Excel, Minitab, Matlab, Autocad, etc.)
