About SMBIAN SMBIAN is building an Agentic AI Operating System for SMBs , enabling businesses to automate finance, operations, productivity, and growth workflows through purpose-built AI agents integrated with ERP systems, WhatsApp, email, and enterprise applications. Our MVP is live with early tenants, and we are scaling toward large multi-tenant deployments.
Role Overview We are hiring a Head of Technology to lead architecture, AI infrastructure, and engineering execution for the SMBIAN platform. This is a hands-on builder-leader role responsible for building scalable cloud-native systems, developing local/private LLM pipelines , and enabling AI agents to continuously learn and adapt to real business workflows.
