We are looking for a strategic and multilingual Customer Success Specialist to join our team, focused on delivering value to industrial customers and ensuring long-term adoption and return on investment of our solutions.
This role goes beyond traditional customer support, combining customer relationship management, project coordination, problem identification in industrial environments, and strategic account development.
Identify operational issues and improvement opportunities directly in industrial and production environments, translating them into measurable value and ROI for customers.
Support customers in defining strategy, use cases and objectives aligned with their operational reality.
