Job Description
As Technology Manager for Installation & Commissioning (m/f/d), you ensure that new turbine designs fulfil all technical requirements for installation and commissioning (I&C). You work across engineering, prototype testing and site operations to consolidate requirements and validate solutions. Your contribution enables safe, efficient and cost‑optimized installation processes.
YOUR TASKS
Represent Installation & Commissioning (I&C) in product development
Consolidate technical requirements across Nordex teams
Ensure compliance throughout the development process
Provide electrical expertise during prototype and installation phases
Coordinate prototype, interior and mock‑up tests
Analyze findings and drive technical improvements
Develop new technical I&C solutions to optimize installation processes
YOUR PROFILE
Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
3–5 years experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams
