Location: Bangalore – (Work from Office)

Shift: Rotational (Mon–Fri + weekends; 24/7 may come later)


Must Have

Desktop / Technical Support (enterprise environment)

• Supporting Windows, macOS, iOS, Android

• Hardware support: Apple, Dell, Lenovo

Tech Bar / Walk-in support

Incident/outage handling (basic)

• Good spoken & written communication

Good to Have

• Ticketing tools exposure

• Ability to handle multiple tickets/users
