WHAT'S THE OPPORTUNITY? We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Technology Product Lead to join the Compliance Technology Team at RBC. In this role, you will act as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business needs are translated into effective technical solutions. You will lead the analysis, design, and implementation of complex business processes, driving innovation and efficiency across the organization.

What will you do?

• Facilitate and document collaborative workshops and sessions with diverse business stakeholder groups to drive requirements elicitation, analysis, and validation.
