Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.

- 5–8 years of experience in technical program or project management within a software or SaaS company.

- Proven experience managing software development lifecycles in Agile environments.

- Strong technical understanding of modern web or cloud-based applications.

- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a mid-sized organization (200–1000 employees), ideally scaling processes and delivery frameworks.
