Technology Program Manager - Support Services Global Support Centre

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our IT team as a Technology Program Manager where you’ll partner with the CIO on the end‑to‑end delivery of large, complex technology transformation programs while establishing enterprise-wide project delivery governance. Working closely with the CIO, senior leaders, delivery teams, and external partners, you’ll ensure initiatives are well planned, governed, and executed - balancing scope, cost, risk, and quality.

This is a senior role where you’ll bring clarity to complexity by establishing strong enterprise governance, managing strategic risks and dependencies, and providing clear, data‑driven insights to support executive decision‑making. A key focus will be driving sustainable change across large, multi‑year transformation initiatives by embedding modernised digital capabilities, processes, and ways of working across the organisation.
