What’s the Role: As the Technology Project Co-ordinator, you will be coordinating and manage end to end database upgrade projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality objectives are met.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end database upgrade projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality objectives are met.
  • Act as the liaison between technical teams, business units, and project stakeholders to gather requirements and document business processes.
  • Maintain project artifacts including Jira boards, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
  • Use Jira to track project progress, assign tasks, and ensure accountability across teams.
  • Develop and maintain project dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
