As the Technology Project Co-ordinator, you will be Coordinating and manage end to end database upgrade projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality objectives are met.

The Role

Coordinate and manage end-to-end database upgrade projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality objectives are met. Act as the liaison between technical teams, business units, and project stakeholders to gather requirements and document business processes. Maintain project artifacts including Jira boards, schedules, risk registers, and status reports. Use Jira to track project progress, assign tasks, and ensure accountability across teams. Develop and maintain project dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and project updates to ensure transparent communication. Support post-upgrade reviews to verify data integrity and system performance.
