Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing technology infrastructure, implementing real estate/construction software solutions, and ensuring seamless IT operations across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Technology & IT Infrastructure

• Manage and maintain IT systems, networks, and cloud-based platforms used in real estate/construction.
• Oversee hardware, software, and cybersecurity measures for multiple locations/offices.
• Support PropTech solutions like ERP (SAP, Yardi, Procore, Autodesk, BIM, etc.) to streamline operations.
