**Responsibilities**:
- Define and plan technology project scopes
- Prioritize all technology tasks and projects
- Manage, coordinate, assign, follow-up and test new projects and system improvements
- Manage, coordinate, assign, follow-up, and test system bugs and resolutions
- Managing the development team to complete technology projects and bug resolutions
- Continuous testing of the system for possible bugs or enhancements
- Coordinates development team and resources to meet deadline effectively
- Generation and analysis of reports
- Reporting through weekly KPIs
- Assist upper management and Operations team in different tasks

- Knowledge on Microsoft Office - ExcelReport analysis
