Responsibilities
Resilience Engineering & SME Leadership
- Act as a consultative SME, embedding resilient design principles across end-user and collaboration technologies.
- Design and implement recovery and failover strategies for Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), and endpoint platforms.
- Support resilience and recovery testing for end-user environments, including SaaS platforms.
- Partner with engineering, cyber security, and architecture teams to embed resilience into device management, application deployment, and identity services.
Operational Continuity & Strategy
- Assess and strengthen readiness to respond to severe disruptions, such as widespread endpoint outages, identity compromise, SaaS degradation, or collaboration platform failures.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, SaaS offerings, and automation tools to enhance resilience, observability, and monitoring.
