Role Overview:
We're looking for a Technology Sales & Business Development Lead with 4-7 years of proven experience selling technology-driven solutions. You'll own the entire tech sales vertical β from identifying opportunities to closing deals for custom software development, digital platforms, web applications, mobile apps, automation systems, integrations, and AI- powered solutions.
This role demands strong technical acumen, consultative selling skills, and the ability to speak the language of CTOs, CIOs, product managers, and engineering leaders while translating complex requirements into winning proposals.
Sales Portfolio
Custom web and mobile application development
Digital platforms and portals (LMS, CMS, CRM, management systems)
API development and third-party integrations
Low-code/no-code solutions and rapid prototyping
Business automation and workflow optimization tools
AI/ML implementations and data-driven solutions
Legacy system modernization and digital transformation projects
Technical consulting and technology advisory services
Key Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end technology sales across domestic and select international markets.
Build and manage a strong pipeline; identify, qualify, and close B2 B deals.
Engage senior technical and business stakeholders and lead client discovery.
Translate requirements into clear proposals with accurate scope and estimates.
Partner with delivery teams to validate solutions and ensure smooth handover.
Lead RFPs, demos, presentations, and solution walkthroughs.
Negotiate pricing and contracts while protecting margins.
Own revenue targets, forecasting, and pipeline reporting.
Stay current on market trends, technologies, and competitors.
Maintain CRM hygiene and develop sales collateral (case studies, decks, solution sheets).
Required Experience and Background:
4β7 yearsβ experience in technology, IT services, or software solutions sales.
Proven track record of consistently achieving B2 B revenue targets.
Experience managing medium-to-long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
Strong understanding of SDLC, digital products, APIs, cloud, and enterprise tech.
Background in tech agency, Saa S, IT services, or product companies preferred.
Experience with RFPs, proposals, and solution presentations.
Experience selling custom development or professional services is a strong plus.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
Strong commercial acumen with understanding of pricing, contracts, and margin management.
