Job Description

We are looking for a Tech Cloud Sales Manager to manage a strategic Public Sector territory within the Grow & Protect segment. This role is responsible for driving adoption, consumption, and growth of Oracle Tech Cloud solutions, acting as a trusted advisor for government and public institutions undergoing digital and AI-driven transformation.

The role requires strong account ownership, orchestration of internal teams, and the ability to navigate complex public sector environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a Public Sector territory, acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Drive Tech Cloud pipeline creation, progression, and closure, including OCI, Database, and AI workloads
  • Protect existing revenue while identifying expansion opportunities through cloud modernization and innovation.
  • Develop and execute account plans aligned with customer priorities and Oracle’s AI-First strategy
  • Navigate public sector procurement processes, regulations, and governance models
  • Orchestrate internal teams (Pre-Sales, Partners, Product Specialists) to deliver integrated solutions
  • Build trusted relationships with technical, business, and executive stakeholders
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and disciplined execution.
