Job Description
We are looking for a Tech Cloud Sales Manager to manage a strategic Public Sector territory within the Grow & Protect segment. This role is responsible for driving adoption, consumption, and growth of Oracle Tech Cloud solutions, acting as a trusted advisor for government and public institutions undergoing digital and AI-driven transformation.
The role requires strong account ownership, orchestration of internal teams, and the ability to navigate complex public sector environments.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage a Public Sector territory, acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. Drive Tech Cloud pipeline creation, progression, and closure, including OCI, Database, and AI workloads Protect existing revenue while identifying expansion opportunities through cloud modernization and innovation. Develop and execute account plans aligned with customer priorities and Oracle’s AI-First strategy Navigate public sector procurement processes, regulations, and governance models Orchestrate internal teams (Pre-Sales, Partners, Product Specialists) to deliver integrated solutions Build trusted relationships with technical, business, and executive stakeholders Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and disciplined execution.
