Role Summary

This is a 100% inbound sales role.

You will handle high-intent inbound enquiries only from:

  • Website
  • Digital ads
  • WhatsApp
  • Walk-ins
  • Referrals

No cold calling. No lead generation. No excuses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert inbound enquiries into paid enrollments.
  • Explain technical programs clearly to students, parents, and professionals.
  • Achieve ₹10–15 lakh monthly sales target.
  • Maintain CRM discipline, follow-ups, and daily reporting.
  • Coordinate with academic and operations teams post-enrollment.
  • Handle objections, pricing discussions, and closures independently.

Target & Performance Expectations

  • Monthly Revenue Target: ₹10–15 lakh
  • Evaluation: Monthly numbers only
  • Top performers grow fast. Average performers don't last.

Required Experience

  • Minimum 2 years in tech / IT training / software sales.
  • Prior inbound sales exposure is mandatory.
  • Experience selling courses like:

  • AI / ML
  • Cybersecurity
  • Data Science
  • Data Analytics
  • Ethical Hacking
